A 1980s kitchen with a wall and a pass through is not functional. An unused wall is turned into a built in coffee station with storage. There is now a full length appliance garage on the counter against the wall. The appliance garage opens up much needed counter space and keeps an organized kitchen. Where the kitchen ended before now has extra storage and extends the counter. Lowering the counter and expanding it turns this into an eat in kitchen!
